Well, I wasn’t really ‘shafted’. I’d found out about the translations before I’d spent much time on it. Sunk costs and whatnot. TL drama is wasted energy.
Anyway, thanks for the support. I’m glad there were people paying attention to that. I’m still considering supporting WT in some form. Maybe.

maybe you can do something like what you do with MT where you translate some chpt and other do translate some chp. or like how tate used to be.

How about try to post some pictures of the main character so we can have a clear image of what they really look like. So we can easily imagine and recreate the scene in our minds.

March. The author was uncertain, it might be later. I’ll put information up in a more visible place after I finish 237 (which will either be late tonight or tomorrow.)
Edit: It’ll be tomorrow. This chapter is twice as long as chapter 234, with 12k characters compared to 6k.

I’m really hook up on World Teacher! It would be great if more translators would join the project and there are I think 12 volumes so far? so there is a lot to translate =D

I’ll be there in March to translate volume 23, but Kaezar has exams so he’ll be sitting that one out. Unless I get extremely sick again, I should be able to contribute more next time, though.

All I can really say to that is maybe.
Translating is a lot of effort. Not fun effort like coding, but effort effort and I’m not sure that I’m invested enough in another series at the moment to bother. Maybe.

Thanks as always for the translations. If you do happen to decide to pick up another thing to translate i’d second what someone said in the comments for the most recent chapter. “Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka” could use some help. Solitary is working on it but seems to be busy with other projects, may be open to a joint project as it’s been a very long time without a chapter coming out. Either way, best of luck in your endeavors and looking forward to more MT in march. Now I just need to find something else to read in the mean time

The Baka-Tsuki MT registration page lists that sort of thing. Skuizaan (same guy who did the Christmas sidestory) said he’s working on it, like 26% of chapter 1 is on his DeviantArt page. I’m not sure when it was last updated/if he’s completing it.
Another translator is working on it, it doesn’t have Rudy, and it’s not necessarily canon, so I probably won’t mess with it.

Wow, thanks for the hard work, how can World teacher be so underrated, so many translators on Mushoku Tensei and only you on World Teacher, with a similar reincarnated protagonist that achieved similar skill and went adventuring at a much younger age, I thinkboth protagonists are as cool since Rudeus was held back by the care of his parents, I’d understand if there were few raws on World Teeacher but the releases are up to volume 12 as I see. Shalom!

Juste to make sure: i undestand that you finished volume 22 with chapter 237, but on Baka-Tsuki there is a chapter 238 called “the second”. Is that part of volume 23 or a chapter of 22 you didn’t translate ?

That was part of volume 22, but it was translated beforehand by an anonymous translator. Chapter 237 was the last chapter of volume 22 to be translated.

I am glad you didn’t just drop off the map like Bakahou and told us. In honor of your work and legacy, I will continue to translate using your app in combination with a bunch of other sites and research to translate Elf Tensei. The main benefit of your app is the way it allows you to scroll through each line and places it on the clipboard. If I had to do it the traditional way of copying by hand and pasting, It would take me at least 4 times as long due to each extra step. That part alone means everything.
